Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln is seeking a bilingual Service Advisor in the Atlanta area. The role requires at least 2+ years of Service Advisor experience and prefers bilingual English/Spanish candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer is not mishandled.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
