Overview

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The role focuses on guiding customers through the service process while supporting technician workflow and dealership standards. It requires a high level of fast-paced customer and employee interaction and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct thorough needs assessments at write‑up.
• Build trust by explaining recommended maintenance and repair needs clearly.
• Create accurate repair orders, confirm concerns, and document symptoms.
• Communicate updates throughout the day and set clear expectations.
• Coordinate with dispatch/technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
• Review completed work with customers and ensure quality delivery.
• Promote menu maintenance, recalls, and factory programs (Ford/Lincoln).
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing consistent, high‑level service.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience preferred (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using DMS and inspection/MPI tools (or willing to learn).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to pass background check as required.
