Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of the Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience by completing assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
