You will inspect vehicles for needed bodywork, explain estimates, and keep customers informed of timeframes, while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in automotive service advisory or similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance processes and manufacturer specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, listen to problem description, and collect vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify customers if repairs are needed.
• Secure agreement, cover cost estimate, and approximate time when work will be completed.
• Explain care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on repairs.
• Coordinate with customers by phone about changes in estimates or times.
• Answer inquiries and return calls promptly.
• Deliver vehicles and review work and charges with customers.
• Refer leads to sales departments.
• Assist the service manager as necessary.
• Follow safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, dust and harsh chemicals.
