Gordon Truck Centers, Inc. in Albany, Oregon is seeking a Support Service Account Manager / Service Advisor.

You will greet customers, initiate service write-ups, collect information, and prepare estimates while coordinating with the shop foreman and management to keep customers informed of repair status. The ideal candidate has prior service advisory experience or 1+ year in a repair facility, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a safety-minded approach.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year service advisory or repair-facility experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of heavy‑duty vehicles preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and initiate service write-up for repairs.
• Accurately take customer information, record requests, and prepare estimates.
• Schedule work with the service foreman.
• Communicate with shop management and customers on status.
• Open and close repair orders, check warranty coverage.
• Enter repair orders with accurate data and codes.
• Collect PO and warranty information; process payments as needed.
• Maintain safe and organized work environment.
• Develop and grow the position; handle other duties as needed.
