Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service department for all service needs.
• Take and determine action for incoming calls about repairs, scheduling, costs, and dates.
• Assist in quoting repairs, write service orders, and obtain customer approval.
• Open and close repair orders as needed; monitor progress and update customers.
• Assist supervisors in assigning technicians and upsell opportunities.
• Report customer complaints to managers.
• Ensure quality and cleanliness of departing jobs.
• Finalize paperwork at completion and end of shift.
• Support daily cash handling and housekeeping.
