Job summary

Gateway Industrial Power, Incorporated is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary contact for customers, coordinate with technicians, and ensure accurate repair orders and estimates. The role supports warranty verification, billing, and records maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gateway Industrial Power, Incorporated to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs.
• Verify warranty and service contracts as needed.
• Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins.
• Maintain service records for customers.
• Prepare billing invoices for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
