Job summary

Gateway Industrial Power, Incorporated in Plover, WI, is seeking a Parts & Service Support associate to handle invoicing, PO calls, and parts logistics. You will support the service team to keep operations smooth and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and at least 2 years in a related role, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years' experience as a Parts & Service Support person or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Invoice all cash, credit card, check or Comcheck work orders.
• Call customers for purchase orders.
• Receive and put away all parts orders.
• Deliver or ship parts to appropriate customers or branch.
• Process work orders.
• Place parts orders as needed.
• Process and review warranty aging reports to ensure timely payment.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Contact customers to expedite payment of past due invoices.
• Run credit card transactions for customer sales and refunds.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Assist parts and service department when needed.
• Other reasonably related duties as assigned.
