Job summary

Gateway Industrial Power, Incorporated in Cicero, IL is seeking a diligent Service Advisor to join our dealership team. You will represent the shop to customers, handle repair orders, verify warranties, and provide accurate estimates to protect profit margins while maintaining excellent service standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in a service-advisor role, strong communication skills, and comfort with computers.

Responsibilities

• Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs.
• Verify warranty and service contracts as needed.
• Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins.
• Maintain service records for customers.
• Prepare billing invoices for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
