Job summary

Gateway Truck & Refrigeration in Plover, WI seeks a Parts & Service Support professional to manage invoicing, orders, and customer inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. You will handle all aspects of payment processing, credit checks, and warranty considerations in a fast-paced parts environment.

You will work closely with parts and service teams to ensure timely deliveries, correct processing, proactive communication, and strong customer relationships, contributing to reliable service across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience as a Parts & Service Support person or similar.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Invoice all cash, credit card, check or Comcheck work orders.
• Call customers for purchase orders and payments.
• Receive and put away all parts orders.
• Deliver or ship parts to customers or branches.
• Process work orders and place parts orders as needed.
• Monitor account details for non-payments and delays.

Job Duties

• Invoice all cash, credit card, check or Comcheck work orders
• Call customers for purchase orders
• Receive and put away all parts orders
• Deliver or ship parts to appropriate customers or branch
• Process work orders
• Place parts orders as needed
• Process and review warranty aging reports to ensure timely payment
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Contact customers to expedite payment of past due invoices
• Run credit card transactions for customer sales and refunds
• Maintain strong customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Assist parts and service department when needed
• Other reasonably related duties as assigned
