Job summary

Lithia & Driveway seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor to join the Kia of North Tucson service team. Youll be the primary contact for service customers, delivering an ownership experience while identifying maintenance opportunities. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Youll answer calls, greet customers, document repairs, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely, transparent service and smooth Sales-to-Service transitions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a service/advisor role or similar.
• Experience helping customers and delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Comfortable using computers, dealership software and ADP system.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and greet customers per procedures, building positive relationships.
• Identify concerns, assess needs, and provide service solutions.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to evaluate service requirements and recommend maintenance.
• Communicate recommendations, costs, timelines, and completion dates.
• Secure approvals for services and inspections, and prepare repair orders in ADP.
• Coordinate repair activities by dispatching work and tracking progress.
• Provide status updates and manage the delivery process after service.
• Process payments and maintain a seamless Sales-to-Service experience.

Hiring and Compensation

Pay: $8,000 - $10,000 per month. Commission Earnings Based on Performance and Experience.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls and greet customers while following established customer contact procedures. Build positive customer relationships by identifying concerns, assessing needs, and providing service solutions. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to evaluate service requirements and recommend appropriate maintenance services. Communicate service recommendations, costs, timelines, and expected completion dates to customers. Secure customer approval for recommended services, multi-point inspections, and any additional repair requests. Prepare accurate repair orders and service documentation using the ADP system while supporting upfront pricing standards. Coordinate repair activities by dispatching work to technicians and maintaining service requirements and progress. Provide ongoing status updates throughout the repair process to ensure customers remain informed and engaged. Manage the customer delivery process, including reviewing completed work, explaining services performed, and returning vehicles promptly. Process customer payments, ensure a seamless Sales-to-Service experience, and deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through vehicle pickup.
