Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards, perform advanced drivability and warranty repairs, and lead junior technicians when needed. You’ll complete routine maintenance and multi‑point inspections, documenting all work in line with factory and warranty requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications — we'll support you in earning more.
• Commitment to high-quality repairs.
• A team player.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections.
• Document all work performed in compliance with factory and warranty requirements.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations.
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required factory training.

Pay:

Up to $45.00 per Flat Rate Hour with a $5,000 bonus paid out over 12 months depending on experience

Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
