Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring Automotive Service Advisors at our West Knoxville location. This onsite role requires open availability, including Saturdays, and reports to the Service Manager.

You will promote communication between customers and technicians and focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has prior service advisor experience, an automotive technician background, and at least 3 years of experience with vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive technician background is preferred.
• Deliver high-quality customer support.
• 3+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote communication between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
