What You'll Do

Serve as the liaison between the technician and the customer. Resolve customer concerns and keep customer informed of vehicle status. Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers. When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships. Represent ABC Hyundai's stellar reputation.
