Job summary

MINI of Ramsey, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking a Service Advisor. The role welcomes all experience levels and offers a lucrative compensation structure with annual earnings potential between $70,000 and $120,000 based on performance.

We value customer experience, teamwork, and accountability in a fast-paced auto service environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of service advisory experience and hold a valid driver's license in their state of residence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a private, franchise, or dealership setting.
• Able to communicate between customer and technician; strong customer focus.
• Demonstrates accountability, urgency, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payment including deductibles.
• Write accurate, profitable repair orders based on customer needs and technician recommendations.
• Present inspection results to close work, build value, and maximize customer pay.
• Drive strong customer pay labor per RO and gross performance; manage timelines, approvals, and expectations.
• Maintain CSI, retention, and revenue metrics; execute warranty and service processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a private, franchise, or dealership setting
• A team player who prioritizes customer experience and satisfaction
• Process driven, detail-oriented with strong accountability and a sense of urgency
• Solid automotive service knowledge (technician background is a plus)
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $70,000 to $120,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
