Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Car Sales Representative at MINI of Ramsey. This full-time role requires Saturday and evening availability with total compensation ranging from $70,000 to $120,000+ annually, depending on performance and incentives.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and collaborate with management and finance to close deals. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth across Lithia & Driveway's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
• Experience in appliance, luxury retail, real estate, or mobile sales welcomed.
• Progressive growth in responsibility and performance.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Consistency in converting leads and overcoming objections.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and online.
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on needs and lifestyle.
