Job summary

Riverton Acura in Murray, Utah is seeking a Service Advisor who is hardworking, customer-focused, and ready to join a strong, well-run team. You will greet customers, write repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to deliver top-quality service.

You will provide accurate estimates, communicate timelines and pricing, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Working knowledge of Dealertrack DMS preferred.
• Acura or import brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and write up repair orders accurately.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on guidelines and findings.
• Communicate service needs, timelines, and pricing to customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain authorization for repairs.
• Follow up with customers during repair and at delivery.
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Work with technicians and the Service Manager to keep workflow smooth.
• Manage repair orders and scheduling through Dealertrack DMS.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and write up repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings
• Communicate clearly with customers on service needs, timelines, and pricing
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain proper authorization for repairs
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process and at delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
• Work closely with technicians and the Service Manager to keep the shop flowing efficiently
• Manage repair orders and scheduling through Dealertrack DMS
• Uphold Acura/AHM service standards and warranty procedures

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Dealertrack DMS preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced shop
• Acura or import brand experience a plus, but not required
