Job summary

Riverton Acura in Murray, UT is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department with accountability and high standards. You will guide advisors, technicians, and support staff and drive a culture of teamwork and customer-first service.

In this role you will manage day-to-day operations, KPIs, scheduling, and warranty procedures, while partnering with Parts and Sales to improve fixed ops performance and ensure Acura/AHM compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dealership service team.
• Background in a service department (adviser or manager).
• Working knowledge of Dealertrack DMS preferred.
• Strong KPIs and accountability mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold the service team accountable.
• Build a culture of teamwork and customer-first service.
• Own department KPIs and improve metrics.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, scheduling, and dispatch.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff for growth.
