Job summary

CTP-Many is seeking a Service Advisor to communicate with customers, schedule repairs, and handle estimates, approvals and invoicing data accurately. The role reports to the General Manager and is based in Louisiana.

Responsibilities include maintaining repair schedules, processing paperwork, and ensuring excellent customer service within a busy shop environment. A high school diploma and industry experience are required, with strong computer skills and ability to work with technicians and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as Service Writer/Advisor in heavy-duty trucks.
• Strong knowledge of medium/heavy-duty truck repair and parts.
• Able to communicate with customers, technicians and leadership.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in iTrack data entry and MS Office Outlook.

The Service Advisor reports directly to the General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Industry specific Service Writer/Advisor experience
• Extensive knowledge of medium and heavy-duty truck repair and parts
• Ability to communicate equally well with customers, Technicians and leadership
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient computer skills for iTrack data entry, use of vendor‑based web applications and MS Office Outlook
• Ability to stand, sit and walk within the shop and office
• Ability to climb in and out of customer vehicles
• Ability to safety lift 20 pounds
