Job summary

Join The Wyant Group as a Service Advisor in Lakeland, MS to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive service department. You will greet customers, explain maintenance recommendations clearly, and coordinate repair orders with the service team to ensure timely completion.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of service-advisor experience, strong vehicle-systems knowledge, and a customer-first, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (preferably in an automotive dealership).
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Proven ability to meet performance goals and confidently recommend additional services.
