Job summary

GTR in Justice, IL is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, manage repair orders, and coordinate between customers and technicians. You will verify warranties, prepare estimates, maintain service records, and help ensure profitability while delivering excellent service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 2 years in a similar role, and strong communication, computer, and organizational skills. CDL preferred. This position offers monthly bonuses and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Valid CDL driver's license with clean record preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent GTR to all customers through efficient handling of questions and repair orders.
• Act as liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure repairs status is known.
• Verify warranty and service contracts as needed.
• Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins.
• Maintain service records for customers.
• Prepare billing invoices for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Service Advisor

Monday- Friday 7 am- 3:30 pm

Job Duties:

• Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders

• Maintain service records for customers
