Hawk Chevrolet Cadillac of Joliet is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department in Joliet, IL, where you will translate customer needs into effective service plans and serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• CDK proficiency preferred
• Exemplary customer service skills and sales skills are a must
• Phenomenal follow-up skills
• Able to work in a high volume environment and multi-task

• Professional personal appearance
• Time management skills needed
• Must be organized

Responsibilities

• Consult and interpret customer needs for the technicians
• Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
• Understand customers’ problems and arrange for appropriate service
• Prioritize required services, and offer options
• Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
