Hawk Chevy Cadillac is seeking a Service Advisor in Joliet, IL to act as the main liaison for customers and service technicians. You will interpret customer needs, drive service sales, and manage expectations for repair timelines in a high-volume dealership environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience, strong customer service and sales capabilities, and proficiency with CDK. Excellent follow-up, energy, and organization are essential to succeed.
