Job summary

Hawk Subaru of Joliet, part of Hawk Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, high-performance team across Illinois locations. You will recommend proper vehicle care and explain the value of maintenance to customers, helping them optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have dealership experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while delivering exceptional follow-up and professional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
• CDK proficiency preferred.
• Exemplary customer service and sales skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult and interpret customer needs for the technicians.
• Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
• Understand customers' problems and arrange for appropriate service.
• Prioritize required services, and offer options.
• Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians.
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times.
