Diehl Automotive in Grove City is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. You will greet customers, document concerns, advise on maintenance per manufacturer specs, and prepare accurate labor and parts estimates.

Collaborating with technicians and other advisors, you will explain charges, obtain authorizations, handle inquiries, and verify warranty coverage. Full-time, pay based on experience, prior customer service and basic computer skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle and document concerns.
• Advise customers on maintenance intervals according to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide customers with a complete and accurate labor and parts estimate.
• Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed.
• Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company for repairs.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments and progress follow-up.
• Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage.

Diehl Automotive is growing and expanding! We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our Grove City Location. Customer service, data entry, writing estimates, and working as a team with the technicians and other advisors will be primary the responsibilities. Prior experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

As a Service Advisor you will:
