Overview

Join to apply for the Service Advisor role at Diehl Automotive Group. Diehl Automotive is growing and expanding. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor at the McElwain Chevrolet Location in Ellwood City, PA. Prior experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Obtain accurate information regarding the customer's vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order
• Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according to the manufacturer's specifications
• Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts
• Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed on their vehicle
• Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company for repairs that need to be completed
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress
• Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage
