You will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring every guest receives a professional, transparent, and positive experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

This role emphasizes accurate documentation, clear communication of repair needs, and building lasting customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
