Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealers in Marshfield, MA is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Service Technician for our busy service department. Compensation will be based on experience and we’re willing to train the right candidate.

This full-time, in-person role offers a comprehensive benefits package. You will diagnose vehicle systems using diagnostic equipment, test-drive vehicles, provide repair estimates to the Service Advisor, and help manage repair tasks with reliability and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service technician (flat-rate) preferred.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and testing vehicle components.
• Strong communication with Service Advisors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment and special tools to test vehicle components.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and diagnoses.
• Provide accurate repair estimates to the Service Advisor.
• Diagnose automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
