Gateway Industrial Power, Incorporated in West Chicago, IL seeks a Parts Counter associate to deliver exemplary service in person and by phone, leveraging knowledge of replacement parts across product lines. Responsabilidades

• Provide exemplary customer service to in-person and over the phone customers
• Answer and resolve customer questions using knowledge of replacement parts and systems for all product lines
• Promote all merchandising specials and product lines awareness to drive units per sale
• Assist in warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and adjustments
• Partner with Sales and Service department to fulfill customer orders
• Assist in parts display merchandising, warehouse maintenance and shipping/receiving parts orders
• Adhere to pricing, loss inventory prevention and tracking loss sales
• Other duties as assigned

Job Duties:

• Provide exemplary customer service to in-person and over the phone customers
• Answer and resolve customer questions using component and product knowledge of replacement parts and systems for all product lines
• Promote all merchandising specials, advertisement, and product lines awareness to customers to drive units per sale
• Assist in warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and adjustments
• Partner with Sales and Service department to fulfill customer orders
• Assist in parts display merchandising, warehouse maintenance and department housekeeping to include shipping and receiving parts orders
• Adhere to all GTR policies and procedures for pricing, loss inventory prevention and tracking loss sales
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Competencies:

• Experience with heavy equipment and/or refrigeration unit parts preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Team Player
• Basic computer skills to include outlook and Microsoft office suite
• Flexibility to meet changing demands

Qualifications:
