Quirk Auto Dealerships in MA is seeking a customer service oriented professional for a full-time, in-person role. You will greet customers, write repair orders, and explain charges while documenting concerns and estimating costs.

Responsibilities include monitoring repair progress, updating customers on changes, and advising on car care per manufacturer specs. Equal-opportunity employer; background checks required.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
