Job summary

Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our on-site team in Honolulu. You will guide customers through vehicle options, perform multi-point inspections, and write repair orders in the ADP system with accurate estimates and upfront pricing guarantees.

You will dispatch work to technicians, communicate service requirements clearly, process payments, and deliver vehicles to customers after service. A minimum of 5 years in dealership service advising is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership service advisor experience.
• Comfortable working with dealership technology and software.
• Ability to calculate service costs and advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Follow customer contact processes and guide customers through options.
• Perform vehicle walk-around and multi-point inspection.

You will seek to understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options.Follow up with potential and existing customers.Align with company initiatives and benchmarks. Champion one another's growth to achieve more together.Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around and offer a multi-point inspection.Write accurate repair orders using ADP system.Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee.Dispatch repair orders to technicians following department dispatch policy and using cost control methods.Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and/or performed.Receive and process cash or credit payment for all services performed.Upon completion of service, deliver vehicle to customer.What You'll Bring5+ years of prior dealership and service advisor experienceWe prefer General Motors experience, but we do not require it.Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.Experience with CDK, 2+ yearsAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceTotal RewardsThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission based off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.The average pay range for this position is $5,500-$13,000 Monthly.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
