Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks a Service Administrator to be the first contact for customers, promoting quality service and growing branch business. You will identify needs, prepare quotes and repair plans, update customers on repair status, and review work orders for invoicing and warranty.

On-site with flexible arrangement, relocation is available. The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency across multiple software platforms, and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Experience in service & repair or warranty-related field preferred.
• Excellent computer skills using multiple software platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience estimating and communicating value in add-on services.
• High School diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location.
• Identify customer’s needs, gather pertinent information, provide quotes, develop claims, prepare repair plans and provide status updates to customers on repair work.
• Review/create work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty.
• Other administrative task on a need-by-need basis.
