Job summary

Moses Auto Group is seeking a Service Acquisition Specialist to generate vehicle acquisition opportunities from the service lane and guide customers toward a purchase. You will evaluate trade-in appraisals, deliver offers, and coordinate with Sales and the Used Supercenter to turn service customers into buyers.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate vehicle acquisition opportunities from the service lane.
• Assist service drive customer interactions and appraisals.
• Identify opportunities to convert service customers to vehicle buyers.
• Deliver purchase offers and coordinate handoffs to Sales/Used Supercenter.
• T/O customers to the appropriate departments and ensure CRM follow-up.
• Support Active Delivery Process with service advisors and managers.
• Follow up to acquire vehicles via CRM.
