Moses Auto Group is seeking a Service Acquisition Agent in Charleston, WV to generate vehicle acquisition opportunities from the service lane and bridge Service and Sales. You will assess customers in the service drive and help convert them to purchase customers, coordinating with the Used Supercenter for sell-offs.

The role requires effective communication, scheduling, and CRM-driven follow-up to move customers toward a Sales Associate and completion of offers.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Mansioni

• Utilize XTime scheduling to prepare for next-day appointments.
• Conduct customer check-ins and introduce them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Perform appraisals and create purchase offers utilizing VINCUE ACE Report.
• Deliver purchase offers to all service drive customers via hang tag, email, phone, etc.
• Successfully T/O customers interested in trading or selling their vehicle to the appropriate departments.
• Utilize the CRM to ensure customers are T/O to the appropriate sales associates.
• Assist service advisors with the “Active Delivery Process”
• Assist service manager on an as needed basis.
• Utilize the CRM to conduct follow up to acquire vehicles

Position Summary:

The Service Acquisition Agent is responsible for generating vehicle acquisition opportunities from the service lane, assisting with service drive customer interactions, conducting appraisal evaluations, and identifying opportunities to convert service customers into vehicle purchase customers. This role serves as a bridge between Service and Sales and is responsible for turning all purchase-ready customers to a Sales Associate. Additionally, for customers who want to sell their vehicle, the Service Acquisition Agent will work directly with Used Supercenter.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize XTime scheduling to prepare for next-day appointments.
• Conduct customer check-ins and introduce them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Perform appraisals and create purchase offers utilizing VINCUE ACE Report.
• Deliver purchase offers to all service drive customers. For those “dropping off” and “picking up”, offers will still be delivered via hang tag, email, phone call, etc.
• Successfully T/O customers interested in trading or selling their vehicle to the appropriate departments.
• Utilize the CRM to ensure customers are T/O to the appropriate sales associates.
• Assist service advisors with the “Active Delivery Process”
• Assist service manager on an as needed basis.
• Utilize the CRM to conduct follow up to acquire vehicles

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service highly preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
