Responsibilities

• Generate vehicle acquisition opportunities from the service lane.
• Assist service drive interactions and identify purchase opportunities.
• Conduct appraisals and create purchase offers.
• Deliver purchase offers to service drive customers by various means.
• T/O customers to appropriate sales/Used Supercenter teams.
• Use CRM to track and follow up with customers.
