Orlando Dodge in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service-to-Sales Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to help us purchase vehicles from customers visiting our service department. You will identify opportunities, coordinate appraisals, and present offers directly to customers.

When customers are upgrading, you will connect them with our sales team to explore trade-ins and new vehicle purchases. You’ll maintain clear notes, follow up consistently, and work with service and sales staff to reach dealership

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching customers.
• Friendly, professional approach without high-pressure tactics.
• Consistent follow-up, organization, and a self-motivated attitude.
• Automotive sales, service advisor, appraisal, or vehicle buying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily service appointments to identify potential vehicle acquisition opportunities.
• Build relationships with service customers and ask about their interest in selling or trading their vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles, gather vehicle information, and work with management to complete appraisals and establish purchase offers.
• Present offers, answer questions, and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with service advisors and sales managers to create a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in the CRM.
• Help coordinate paperwork and vehicle hand-offs for completed purchases.
• Work toward dealership vehicle acquisition goals.
