Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Service Account Manager in the United States. The role focuses on profitable execution, growth and customer satisfaction within the service account portfolio, with leadership responsibility for the team and client relationships.

Key duties include driving account penetration to hit business targets and coordinating with field engineers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of service projects and TM work orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or Building Automation.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to drive domestically 300 miles in a day.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Review escalated issues and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Train and audit field service staff and coordinate issues across teams.
• Manage field engineers through training, scheduling, and reviews.
• Oversee service account portfolio and ensure financial targets are met.
• Manage service projects and time-material work-orders with financial accountability.
• Support field engineers on accounts and projects.
