Job summary

TikTok is seeking a US Service Account Management Leader to guide the SAM function, leveraging both BPO and in-house resources to meet SPG targets. You will manage a Partner Operation Support Specialist Team, design premier support for top-tier partners, and coach teams to improve seller performance and GMV growth.

The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership across APAC. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Data analysis, deep dive on root cause and problem solving skills.
• Experience building, managing and influencing relationships with internal stakeholders, using data to generate insights and solving complex problems.
• People-oriented, self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguity and in a matrix environment.
• Ability to function independently and within a team environment with demonstrated track record in motivating and coaching staff to maximize their individual potential.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English are required for this role, including an ability to communicate business terminology with ease.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Partner Operation Support Specialist Team with a blended footprint of BPO and in-house staff.
• Design and implement a Premier Support-Solution for Top Tier Partners to retain and grow GMV.
• Train new hires through intensive coaching and mentoring with internal Quality Monitoring and Training teams.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting sellers by working with team, peers, and management.
• Manage OKR goals, monitor progress, and drive improvements in service quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-region leadership in China and APAC to align strategies and drive seller-support improvements.
