SBT Global, Inc. is hiring an E-Commerce Specialist to own and scale the TikTok Shop business in Costa Mesa, CA. This full-time role focuses on end-to-end performance management, driving GMV growth, and maintaining account health and compliance.

You will lead affiliate/agency partnerships, manage promotions, and coordinate with internal teams and 3PLs to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met. Strong ownership and execution skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management.
• Direct experience with TikTok Shop preferred.
• Fluency in Korean and English required.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end TikTok Shop business and drive GMV growth.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV).
• Ensure overall account health, compliance, and platform performance.
