SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a hands-on TikTok Shop and e-commerce leader to own the business, manage agencies, and coordinate promotions and fulfillment. You will drive GMV growth, monitor key metrics, and ensure seamless operations across 3PL and customer service teams.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, fluency in Korean and English, and a proactive ownership mindset to optimize inventory, campaigns, and partner performance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in e-commerce or marketplace account management.
• Direct TikTok Shop experience preferred.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics preferred.
• Strong communication with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
• Ownership mindset; end-to-end operations.
• Hands-on with executing and supporting strategic initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end TikTok Shop business and drive GMV growth.
• Monitor and optimize metrics: GMV, CVR, AOV.
• Ensure account health, compliance, and platform performance.
• Manage TikTok Shop agency and external partners.
• Own affiliate strategy and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with influencer marketing to maximize sales.
• Serve as main contact for TikTok Shop AMs.
• Plan and execute TikTok Shop promotions.
• Manage campaign setup and updates within OMS.
• Align promotions with inventory and sales targets.
• Own sales forecasting tailored to TikTok Shop dynamics.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate with 3PL for fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal CS on shipping issues.
• Serve as main contact with 3PL for fulfillment issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve customer experience.
