Zusammenfassung

Paycom - ATS is hiring restaurant team members for part-time and full-time roles. You will greet customers, take orders, and upsell menu items while efficiently ringing orders and delivering meals. Maintain cleanliness and safety, manage cash and POS transactions, and help stock the unit for the next shift.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with good communication, basic math, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Training provided; relocation not required; on-site work only.

• Greet all customers with a verbal greeting and assist with orders.
• Review menu with customers, suggestive sell, take and ring in orders.
• Deliver food in a timely manner after cooking and ring up tickets on POS.
• Handle money, give proper change, ensure all tickets are closed by shift end.
• Keep the unit clean, buss tables, sweep and mop floors, stock and prepare for next shift.
• Report safety concerns and customer complaints to the manager promptly.
• Know menu items, daily features, beverages, add-ons, and desserts for upselling.

Remember a smile is part of the uniform+ Greet all customers with a smile and a verbal greeting+ Review menu with customers when needed, suggestively sell products and take order from each customer at the table.+ Correctly ring in orders and deliver food in a timely manner to the customer when food is cooked.+ Handle money from customers; ring up tickets using the POS system and make proper change.+ Account for all tickets, credit card receipts, and make sure that all tickets have been rung up and closed before shift is over.+ Complete the position checklist while stocking and preparing the unit for the next shift+ Using all tools provided by the manager, keep the store clean at all times, including but not limited to: bussing tables, sweeping and mopping floors.+ Bring all items of concern to the attention of the manager immediately, especially safety concerns and customer service complaints.+ Know the menu, the daily features when applicable, which beverages, and add-ons and desserts to suggestively sell+ Practice all rules for safety, food handling, cash security and all other restaurant policies.+ Perform all prepping and cleaning duties as detailed or assigned by supervisor.+ Make a difference in food cost by controlling waste and portion control.+ Perform all duties with a sense of urgencyPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:+ 16+ years old+ Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant+ Transports plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift+ Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.+ Mobility required during the entire shiftPerform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
