Job summary

Little Sandy’s is seeking crew members to prepare meals to standard, stock and reset stations, and maintain a clean, safe work area for every shift.

You will learn the menu and daily features, assist teammates, and uphold policies on food safety and cash handling while delivering positive, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in a clean and complete uniform.
• Prepare food to Little Sandy’s standards.
• Complete the position checklist while stocking and preparing the unit for the next shift.
• Keep the work area clean at all times using all tools provided by the manager.
• Bring items of concern to the manager, especially safety and customer service issues.
• Know the menu and daily features and ensure correct cooking and presentation.
• Understand duties of self and coworkers to maximize teamwork.
• Follow safety, food handling, cash security, and restaurant policies.
• Perform prepping and cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Help control food cost through waste and portion control.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain a positive attitude during shifts.
