Little Sandy’s in Bruceton Mills, WV is seeking dependable kitchen staff to join our team. You will help prep meals, follow standards, and work with teammates to serve high-quality dishes with a smile.

Responsibilities include timely food preparation, maintaining a clean workspace, following safety rules, and communicating concerns to a manager. We offer part-time and full-time schedules with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Competenze

• Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to duties as needed.

• Report to work on time in a clean and complete proper uniform.
• Prepare food in a timely manner to Little Sandy’s standards.
• Complete the position checklist while stocking and preparing the unit for the next shift.
• Keep the work area clean at all times using all tools provided by the manager.
• Report safety concerns and customer service issues to the manager promptly.
• Know the menu and daily features and ensure they are cooked and presented correctly.
• Understand your duties and coworkers' duties to maximize teamwork.
• Follow all safety, food-handling, cash security, and restaurant policies.
• Perform prepping and cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Help control food cost through waste and portion control.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain a positive attitude during shift.
