The Beverly Hills Hotel, part of Dorchester Collection, invites you to join as Hotel Bar Server, part of a historic expansion that will introduce new venues and world-class cocktails.

You will learn through our award-winning academy, deliver exceptional guest service, and represent The Hotel Bar with pride across our famed Pink Palace.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone from the moment a guest is seated, maintaining an immaculate hotel bar and terrace floor, delivering food and cocktails with precision, and ensuring every glass is never empty for long.
• Deliver cocktails and menu knowledge with ease and confidence, responding to guest requests and participating in pre-shift briefings to ensure the best guest experience.
• The hotel bar is the first line of defense for quality; servers spot issues quickly and work with the team to keep the bar running at its best.
• Know the menu inside out—from the cocktail program to the wine list and food offerings—and share that knowledge with guests.
• Bring energetic, warm, and professional hospitality to every shift, upholding the hotel pledge and representing The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride.

• Our Servers set the tone from the moment a guest is seated,maintainingan impeccablehotelbarand terracefloor, delivering food and cocktails with precision, and ensuring every glass is never empty for long. This includes responding to guest requests andparticipatingin pre-shift briefings to ensure every guest receives nothing but the best experience.
• Our guests come tothe Hotel Barfor something special, and our Servers deliver exactly that. Whetherit's a cocktail recommendation, a celebratory gathering, or a perfectly timed tableside moment, our Servers make it happen with ease and confidence.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, ourHotel BarServersare provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly requiredtotalk andhear. The employeefrequentlyis required towalk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand,fingerand wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depthperception,and the ability to adjust focus. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employeesare required toworkvarying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
