As a Server at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $23.18 per hour.

A day in the life of a Supper Club Server demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all the tasks that our Servers accomplish would be lengthy, but the list below is essential to know.

• Servers maintain a flawless dining room floor, guiding our guests through the menu, taking orders, delivering food, cocktails and wine with the kind of precision and discretion that our guests expect at this level. This includes responding to guest requests and participating in pre-shift briefings to ensure every guest receives nothing but the best experience.
• The Supper Club guests expect the extraordinary, and our Servers deliver it without being asked. From bespoke menu guidance to seamlessly executed tableside moments and special occasions, our Servers anticipate every need before it becomes a request.
• The Supper Club holds itself to the highest standard in the hotel, and our Servers take that personally. They catch what others miss, address it immediately, and work with the team to ensure the dining room is always performing at its absolute best.
• Servers have a deep and genuine knowledge of the menu. From the culinary program to the wine and cocktail list, they present that knowledge with confidence and sophistication, elevating the guest experience with every interaction.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, Servers are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
