Oswego Grill in the Portland metro area is seeking highly motivated team players for a fast-paced, high-volume environment. There are strong long-term growth opportunities as the company expands.

Roles include part-time or full-time server positions with cash tips daily, meal discounts, flexible schedules, and a supportive culture focused on development and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Offer expertise in menu and food/beverage recommendations. Explain chef specialties, identify appropriate wines, answer food preparation inquiries.
• Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, track dietary needs and special requests.
• Showing attentiveness to the guest table by delivering and removing dishes, refilling glasses, fulfilling guest requests.
• Create check, accept payment, and deliver bill with change or credit card.
