Responsibilities

• Must be friendly, engaging and outgoing and have a desire to connect with people.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including chef features, beverage pairings, and dietary accommodations.
• Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, including dietary needs and special requests
• Provide attentive table service, including refills, clearing dishes, and fulfilling guest requests
• Process payments and present checks, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately
