Troon is seeking a driven, part-time Server for Achasta Golf Club in Dahlonega, GA. You will warmly greet guests, take and deliver orders, describe specials, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Achasta Golf Club, located in Dahlonega, GA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$5.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.

Describes specials of the day to guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions when appropriate.

Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation.

Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.

Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.

Maintains an organized workstation and side work duties.

Sets up and breaks down golf stations every shift.

Maintains accountability for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes the Point-of-Sale system.

Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.

Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques.

Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.

Must be cross-trained in bartending service.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Valid driver's license required (a driver's license will be required when operating the ball picker and golf cart).

Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as required.
