Job summary

Teleli Golf Club in Sonora, California, is seeking a part-time Server to join Troon’s hospitality team. The role offers weekend and holiday shifts with hourly pay ranging from $16.90 to $17.50.

You will provide attentive guest service, take and deliver orders, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of serving experience with handling alcohol per state rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describes specials of the day to guests; answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions when appropriate
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties
• Maintains accountability for checks and cash transactions; utilizes the point-of-sale system
• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
• Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Teleli Golf Club, located in Sonora, California, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$16.90 - $17.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Weekends and holidays required.
