Esplanade at St. Marys in St. Mary, GA is hiring a Full-Time Bartender to join Troon Golf, LLC, a global leader in golf and hospitality. You will stock, mix, and serve beverages, manage inventory, and operate the POS system.

The role requires at least 1 year bartending experience or training, must be 21+, knowledge of cocktails and wines, and Alcohol Awareness Training. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves beverages; assists in cost control and inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties including inventory and cash control.
• Uses the POS system for transactions and reviews banquet schedules.
• Serves catered parties and occasionally meals to guests.
• Adheres to safe work practices and performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory, and maintaining inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening and closing duties which include but are not limited to inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales (POS) System.
• Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
• Serves catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.
